【返品・交換ポリシー】

当店の商品はすべてお客様のご注文ごとに個別に製造する「受注生産品」となっております。そのため、お客様都合による返品・交換（サイズの間違い、カラー・デザインのイメージ違い、注文間違いなど）は一切承っておりません。 ご購入前に、必ずサイズチャート（寸法表）をご確認いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please make sure to review our size charts before placing an order.

EU/EEA customers generally have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt. However, this does not apply to custom-made items (such as items with original designs printed on them).

【関税・輸入税について】 お届け先の国で発生する関税・輸入税・その他の手数料は、お客様のご負担となります。これらの費用は当店では把握できないため、詳細はお客様の国の税関にお問い合わせください。

Customs Duties & Import Taxes Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
